If you have a child between 6 and 12 years old who loves trains, enjoys building and creating, or is fascinated by how things work, Young Engineers’ Day at the Vale of Rheidol Railway is the perfect summer holiday adventure.
Taking place on Wednesday 26th August, this unique event gives young people the opportunity to step into the world of railway engineering alongside renowned children’s author Christopher Vine, creator of the much-loved Peter’s Railway series. Designed to spark curiosity and inspire future engineers, the day combines hands-on activities, fascinating engineering demonstrations and unforgettable railway experiences.
