This page shows which of our locomotives are expected to be in use each day. Please note that this can change at very short notice, and all locomotives appear subject to availability.
The times shown are departure times from Aberystwyth station. Locomotive allocations cover until 5 July 2026. Further dates will be announced nearer the time.
During periods of high fire risk, a diesel locomotive may replace a steam locomotive.

No. 60 Drakensberg
- Coal Fired Steam Locomotive
- No 60 is not currently allocated to any services. It is currently on display in the Engine Shed Museum
- No 60 is expected to haul regular services during July and August.

- Diesel Locomotive
- Locomotive No 10 may operate passenger services during periods of high fire risk
